Honorary Member
Laurence joined the board of Casa Alianza Switzerland in 2000.
Deeply involved in organizing events, she created the “Contrastes” evenings (in 1999 and 2004) and “Il était une fois ” (2008 and 2010), both of which were charity events that raised funds for Casa Alianza. These events were a resounding success and helped the organization increase its visibility and raise awareness among the Swiss public about the plight of vulnerable children in Latin America.
She has also been very active in organizing the Fête de la Musique since 2003 and our traditional golf tournament since 2006, alongside our honorary members, Gerry Crompton and Jérôme Joliat.
She served as president of Casa Alianza from 2005 to 2012, a position she left to become a member of the Board from 2012 to 2017.
To thank her for her dedication and unwavering support, Laurence was elected an honorary member at the General Assembly on May 5, 2022.
